To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for an SPV Telesales. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Your Role

  • Responsible for job performance and self-discipline of the entire Telesales team.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of Telesales team members.
  • Able to translate company regulations to Telesales team members.
  • Ensure that Telesales team members conduct outbound activities to pharmacies via chat or call (WhatsApp and 3CX app). 
  • Ensure Telesales team members successfully convert outbound activity into successful interaction. Successful interaction is when the pharmacy answers the phone or responds to the chat sent by Telesales.
  • Ensure Telesales team members have recorded the feedback given by the Pharmacy on the Google sheet provided and on the ticketing system (Zoho).
  • Ensure Telesales records and escalate to the CS team for any complaints received from the Pharmacy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a telesales supervisor/manager in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a stressful sales environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and maximize the productivity of Telesales team members.
