To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Associate, Merchandising Admin. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Your Role

• Support the department of documentation, reports, orders, and supplier information.
• Handle database management (SKU update, price changes, return, program, etc).
• Ensure databases are updated and accurate.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Team.
• Manage communication with suppliers regarding follow-up order status and resolution of any issues.

Your Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with min. 1 year experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain Administration.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications, particularly Excel / Google Sheets (formulas: HLookup, VLookuP, Pivot).
• Detail-oriented, excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and agile to catch up with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Available to work immediately.
