To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Sales Supervisor. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and scale a team of 4-6 Sales Representatives
  • Direct the team to effectively acquire new pharmacies whilst representing our brand in the field
  • Achieve consistently high results by supporting the team throughout the sales cycle
  • Apply your own knowledge of Sales and account management to our pharmacies, whilst also taking an iterative approach, observing and testing what works well with different accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities for the company from the field and communicate to Management
  • Work closely with other teams (eg Customer Success, Commercial, Product) to share knowledge from the field and improve the Customer Experience together
  • Learn about scaling a disruptive, digital product in an established, tradition-oriented industry
  • Have a direct impact on Customer Experience and the direction of the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales roles and acquisition of new customers
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales in key account roles or managing retail or corporate accounts
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Fast learner and can work independently
  • A good track record in account management is an advantage
