Senior Pricing Analyst

Your Role:
The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our retail pricing strategy to optimize profitability, respond to market conditions, and enhance customer value. This role involves analyzing market trends, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business goals and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy Development
Lead the formulation and execution of product pricing strategies. - Market and Competitor Analysis
Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape. - Data Analysis and Reporting
Build, maintain, and optimize pricing models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to leadership. - Process Improvement
Identify gaps in existing pricing processes and lead initiatives to improve automation, pricing governance, and overall decision-making efficiency. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with other teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or merchandising strategy within a large retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or relevant industry.
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets; experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI/ Tableau/ SQL, preferably BigQuery.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across teams.
