SwipeRx Joins the Royal Government of Cambodia, KfW and Other Partners to Launch One Health for Cambodia Project

SwipeRx was honored to join leaders from three Ministries in Cambodia and other project partners for the launch of One Health for Cambodia (OH4CAM), a five-year initiative supported by KfW to strengthen health security across human, animal, and environmental health systems in Cambodia. 🤝

As one of four direct award recipients, SwipeRx will support the Ministry of Health in engaging thousands of community pharmacies through our digital network to collect antimicrobial consumption data at community level and use data to design pharmacy engagement to enhance antibiotic stewardship.

This investment comes at a critical time as antimicrobial resistance (#AMR) continues to pose a growing challenge to community health, infectious disease and health security targets across southeast Asia. Through stronger multisectoral collaborations and the purposeful engagement of both public and private sector stakeholders, OH4CAM aims to strengthen surveillance, improve data-driven decision-making, and support more effective responses to emerging health threats from multiple channels in Cambodia’s health, environmental and animal sectors including community pharmacies

We are grateful to KfW, the Ministry of Health of Cambodia and PATH for the opportunity to contribute to this important initiative and look forward to strengthening  Cambodia’s AMS and One Health progress in the years ahead. 🌟
